STEP 1
You can call us and discuss your needs, or you can fill out quick preliminary survey or ling survey. If you choose to use the survey, we will call you soon after for confirmation.

STEP 2
On our side, we then will design and draft our 1st proposal for you. This is early draft based on early discussion or your answer on the survey. We will recommend some modules, and everything is opened for discussions.

STEP 3
We set up a meeting where we discuss and brainstorm your needs and our ideas, to come up with the final ideas.
NOTE: further assessment maybe needed based on the needs.

Final discussions and agreement on final proposals. This includes final tune up on the proposals, agreement on the resources, investments, etc

STEP 5
Execute the program and follow ups afterward.
This may includes pre program assessments, interviews, tests, etc, based on the agreement.
